Surya is a panelised timber frame property erected in 2007/8 for
the owners and sited in a garden plot in this North Suffolk village
just a few minutes drive from Diss from where there is a regular

was made and erected by New World Timber Frame of Saffron Walden
and incorporates the Tradis system and Warmcel insulation from
Excel industries. The walls, floor and roof are insulated to a very
