The Property
Entering the property through the front door will take you into the spacious sitting room with its stripped pine floor and pine fireplace housing a wood burning stove, a door to the side lets you enter the large conservatory with it's decked flooring and double doors taking you outside. Through an archway at the rear of the sitting room you find the kitchen which has plenty of room to eat in. The kitchen is fitted with cream cupboards and also has a useful understairs cupboard/pantry. A door to the rear leads into a lobby area and the back door (currently used as the main entrance door) takes you outside to the rear of the property. The bathroom has been fitted with a bath and a separate shower cubicle with a Triton power shower, w.c. and hand basin.
Leading off the kitchen a door take you up the stairs to the first floor landing, here you find three bedrooms, the master being a lovely size and has excellent views to the rear over open countryside. The two further bedrooms can be found to the front of the house. There is access to the loft from the landing, which has been boarded and carpeted.  

Outside
The cottage is accessed over 'Ibstock Farm' driveway, where the property enjoys both pedestrian and vehicular rights of way. Arriving at the property a five bar gate takes you into the front garden where there is plenty of parking and also a carport, The plot measures approximately one acre and has boundaries of mixed hedging and grassed areas. Immediately to the rear of the house a brick outhouse is located which is used as a utility room as there is power and water connected. There is a sink and plumbing for a washing machine and the oil fired central heating boiler is housed here. Attached to the rear of the building is a timber wood store. There is a large detached workshop and a very good stable block consisting of three boxes and hard standing to the front. Attached to the rear are some good sized kennels. To the rear of the plot, two small paddocks can be found interspersed with mature trees and a field shelter. The land backs onto open countryside.
