" A three bedroom detached bungalow with the benefit of a large conservatory, well planted gardens and a garage with plenty of parking, situated within walking distance to the town's facilities.

The property
Entering the front entrance door into the hallway you find the good sized sitting room on your left hand side, this room has a box bay window to the front and a fireplace fitted with a remote controlled fire. A door to the rear leads to the kitchen which is fitted with kitchen units and worktops which match the splashbacks. There is also a water softener, gas hob with extractor and eye level AEG oven. To the rear a window and door lead out to the garden. In the hallway there are two built-in cupboards, one of which is the airing cupboard. The loft hatch gives you access to where the gas central heating boiler is sited, the loft is also partly boarded. There are two single bedrooms to the rear, one of which could be used as a dining room and gives you access to the conservatory. This excellent addition is a generous size with a pitched roof and has been well fitted with window blinds. Ceramic tiles are fitted to the floor with double doors leading out to the garden.
The main bedroom is found to the front of the property with a box bay window with two built-in wardrobes both with mirror fronted sliding doors. To the side an en-suite shower room has been added, this is fully tiled with a large shower cubicle, w.c. and hand basin, heated towel rail and radiator. There is also family bathroom and comprises of a bath which has a shower over, w.c. and wash basin, again with heated towel rail.
 

Outside
A brick paved path leads to the front door and is flanked by raised beds which are well planted and screened from the road with shrubs, roses, climbers, flowers and an arbour for sitting out. The garden which surrounds the bungalow is contained by low brick walls and has raised beds to the rear, again well planted and also a garden pond with a pump. There is a further upvc double glazed greenhouse/sun room attached to the side of the property, which is accessed from the garden. To the rear of the garden we find a block paved drive which allows plenty of parking, a garden shed and a brick garage with an electric remote controlled door. The bungalow is also fitted with solar panels to the roof and adds to this very energy efficient property.

Halesworth provides many independent shops, range of schools, public houses, restaurants, doctors, vets and a supermarket. It has a thriving centre of arts for the community called 'The Cut' which is used as a theatre, cinema, exhibitions and workshops. There is a train station with services to London Liverpool Street via Ipswich. The heritage coastline of Suffolk with the lovely beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are a 20 minutes drive away.
