" RIVERDALE ESTATES are pleased to be able to offer for let this lovely three bedroom semi detached house, located to the North West of Ipswich town centre.
The property accommodation comprises of front entrance door to porch way, further door leading to the entrance hall with doors and stairs off.
There is a rad to the side wall and storage space under the stairs, into the living/dining room, with a bay window to the front and decorative fire place with brick surround, carpet flooring. Dining room has large sliding patio doors leading to the rear garden, within the dining room there is a rad to the side wall and again carpet flooring. The kitchen has roll top work surfaces to three aspects, window to rear aspect and another door leading to the rear garden. White good can all be supplied, if required. There is an electric oven with gas hob over, this is integrated.
To the first floor where three bedrooms can be found, the third is a single bedroom which has a window to the rear aspect and rad under, the second is a nice size double overlooking the rear garden, to complete the bedrooms there is the master which like the living room has the the bay window to the front aspect, carpet flooring and rad. The family bathroom has a panel bath with shower over, low level WC and pedestal wash basin, extractor fan plus a heated towel rail. The house itself can be offered unfurnished or part furnished.
To the exterior, the garden to the rear is a good size and this is where you really notice the properties elevated position, views are far reaching and as the garden backs on to Dales Park there is nobody overlooking whatsoever. To the front there is the added bonus of off road parking for two vehicles. The heating is via a gas combi boiler which has only recently been installed.
