" The present owners have lived at Boxted Close for some twenty plus years, finding it an ideal spot to bring up a family with schools close by and Roding Valley Recreation Park on your doorstep. With its three good size bedrooms, large through lounge and loads of potential for extension, this house offers massive appeal to a family looking to put their own stamp on a property.
