" You need to go down this road and get a feel for the area, the nature reserve and the peaceful surroundings to understand why so few properties come onto the market here. The current owners' reason for moving is because she is leaving the country not the area. The size of the house is ideal for a family as it also has a downstairs separate WC and upstairs family bathroom. There is also a separate utility room and a good size kitchen. The garden is fantastic and is surrounded by shrubberies which gives you that private feel as you are not overlooked. There is space wherever you look including the extra reception room downstairs which no doubt will come in handy when you have to entertain your guests and invite them all over for a Sunday roast. To top it all off you have a very generous 25ft through lounge to relax and live in when you are not at work. All in all this house ticks a lot of boxes. Come along and have a closer look at what potentially could be your next dream home. The nature reserve can be seen from the master bedroom and you do get a very private feel of the area. We advise you to view without delay as this property will attract an awful lot of interest.

What the Owner says:

I am currently moving abroad, I have been here for many years and have loved the area. The nature reserve is almost on my doorstep and I enjoy the walks there with my young child and my dog, there is a great playground only minutes away and a nice big garden for them to play in. The neighbours are lovely and the house is only minutes away from Buckhurst Hill underground station which is very convenient for commuting into the city. I have loved every minute of living here. The house is spacious, light, warm and in a great location. I have never had any issues here at the property and I hope the new owners will be as happy as we were.
