" A 1930's bayed style family home which has a double storey extension to the side and has potential for further extension to the rear subject to planning permission. It is situated within easy reach of St Johns School, Queens Road and Buckhurst Hill Central Line station.

The accommodation would suit a growing family and comprises of a central entrance hall which leads to a spacious lounge/diner with its large bayed windows and patio doors allowing plenty of natural light to flow through the room with ornate coving, contemporary flooring and a focal point being the feature fire surround with a "Living Flame" gas fire.
