" Usually at this price only luxury apartments come up for sale in central Buckhurst Hill, but we are delighted to offer for sale this rare three bedroom family home that benefits from this fantastic location. Perched just off of the very popular Palmerston Road this home is nestled back off of the High Road and is accessed via a quiet side road, which gives the property a more private and quiet feel. Its fantastic position means that you are a short walk to Buckhurst Hill station and within minutes of St Johns primary school. Although slightly dated inside, the large room sizes and light, bright feel makes it clear that this home has so much potential. The large kitchen creates the perfect space to entertain in and the spacious lounge allows you to enjoy cosy nights watching the television as well as leaving ample room for a large dining table to cope with chaotic family meal times. Upstairs you will find three great sized bedrooms all with storage space. The separate toilet and bathroom is very convenient when dealing with the morning rush, but if you wanted to create a larger family bathroom there is potential to knock the bathroom and toilet into one. Rarely available, central location, bundles of potential and chain free! We strongly recommend viewing this home as it will not be around for long.

What the Owner says:

My mother lived here for many happy years and it has been a fantastic family home. The garden is always full of sunshine and is the perfect size to have family parties in, but at the same time has been easy to maintain. Within the last two years we have fitted a new boiler and had cavity wall insulation installed and one of the biggest selling points is the off street parking as we are the only house in the road to have it. It will be sad when we sell this home as we have had many wonderful memories, but we are confident that this will be a fantastic home for the new buyers and that they will be very happy here as the neighbours are very friendly.
