" A lovely family home. Parkland Road is a six bedroom family home with a wonderful aspect to the rear onto parkland.Our clients have raised their family here over the last 35 years and have extended so that there are now six bedrooms, and also extended kitchen and breakfast room.Parkland Road is ideally located for local schools with Churchfields, St Anthonys and Trinity all close by. Woodford tube station and local shops and restaurants are also close by.The property has two reception rooms, breakfast room, kitchen, cloakroom and integral garage to the ground floor.On the first floor there are four bedrooms, one of which has a shower, and a bathroom.There are two further bedrooms in the loft extension.The garden to the rear is southerly facing with a terrace, perfect for sunny days.

We bought Parkland Road in May time. We were smitten with the view at the rear with the park and the trees in blossom and no one overlooking us.The location of Parkland Road is excellent for local schools and transport. We have extended the property to give us a separate breakfast room which has a lovely outlook onto the garden. We have also added two further loft bedrooms.The area is a great family area. We have always found the road to be quiet and there has always been a good neighbourhood spirit. We leave with many great memories.
