" Tucked away in Durham Avenue this block of apartments is conveniently located for the morning rush to the local train station. There are local playing fields nearby and from the vantage point on the 4th floor, you can watch either the weekend football or rugby games, and on a clear day you can see as far as Canary Wharf. There is a lift at the apartment block making it easy to get to and from the flat, however if you prefer to use the stairs, I am sure this will keep you fit inline with your new year resolution. The apartment is in good order, the current owner having kept it in good condition over the years, it does feel like there is a good sense of balance in this apartment as the bedroom sizes are good as well as the kitchen/ breakfast room and the lounge. The property is being sold with no onward chain to make sure that it's a smooth move for everyone concerned.

What the Owner says:

Having lived here for quite a few years I have really got to know the local area. I use the local station so it was very important to me when selecting an apartment. I also like the fact that from most of the windows you can see some greenery, and it's exceptionally beautiful especially in the summer time. The kitchen is one of my most favourite rooms, we put in a breakfast bar so when I am in a rush in the morning I can make sure that I can take five minutes to have breakfast. I use the local shops frequently, but also go into Buckhurst Hill and Loughton a lot because the access by road is very easy.
The only reason I am moving on is that I need a bigger property now and I am moving a little further a field, but this has been a fantastic first time buy for me.
