" A wonderful family home. Bentley Way is a quiet no through road on the edge of Woodford Green, with Epping Forest on the door step and the mainline train station at North Chingford within striking distance.Bentley Way off Whitehall Road consists mainly of detached family homes. Situated at the end of the road, traffic certainly is not going to be a problem.You enter the property through a hallway lit by picture windows. On the ground floor there is a dining room, kitchen and cloakroom, and the living room with magnificent views of over the garden. There is also access to the garage.With four bedrooms three of which are a really good size a viewing is highly recommended.The landing is exceptionally large with views over the garden and beyond onto the forest.Parking is to the front and there is an integral garage with electric up and over doors.Bentley Way has been a well loved family home over the past 40 years with many improvements made. There is no chain involved and it is ready to move straight into.

We spent many months looking for a home before we came across Bentley Way. We had lived away from the area for a number of years and coming home getting our choice right was essential. We knew as soon as we walked into the garden that Bentley Way was for us. With the forest to the rear we are totally un overlooked. Over the past 40 years we have spent many, many hours in the garden. The position of our home at the end of the road has been perfect with little passing traffic. Over the years we have maintained where necessary. We leave with many fond memories.
