" THE PROPERTY: "We loved the location of Park Avenue when we first viewed it", stated the current owners. "It is a lovely quiet cul de sac on the Monkhams Estate, which we found to be extremely convenient for Woodford tube, local shops and restaurants. Since living in the property we have decorated throughout, installed a new kitchen and bathroom and generally maintained the property. It has been a lovely family home". An internal viewing of Park Avenue is highly recommended.
