" If you are looking for a house to refurbish to your own taste, then look no further than this 3 bedroom semi detached residence. Whilst the property has been improved previously, it now offers incoming buyers the opportunity to refurbish the accommodation.Our client tells us that living in Chigwell has been great with schools nearby that have a good reputation and there is a choice of either Grange Hill or Chigwell tube stations providing access into London. There is also a selection of local shops that are ideal for buying items when needed on the way back from work or for those times when you get home and realise you have forgotten something after a weekly shop.

What the Owner says:

We moved here some 20 years ago to be close to family. Upon viewing the property, we were impressed by the view at the rear overlooking a neighbouring field. During our time here, the property has had double glazed windows and gas heating with radiators installed. When we moved in, both the kitchen and bathroom were in poor condition so we refurbished both areas whilst we also decorated the property. Something we will miss is being able to watch the horses grazing in the field.
