" This cute one bedroom home has a surprising amount of storage. Situated in a cul-de-sac with a front and rear garden, this is a wonderful home to live in. There is allocated parking and a beautiful private garden.The living room has wooden floors and has been redecorated recently. The kitchen is a good size and the hallway upstairs has great storage. The main bedroom is a fabulous size and bright.Hainault Station and Grange Hill Station are about ten to fifteen minutes' walk, so perfect for jumping to Westfield and shopping till you drop. There are some really good pubs and restaurants in the area and Chigwell is so popular especially with "The Only Way is Essex" always being filmed just up the road.You can star spot and go rural in the forest. Chigwell has it all and this lovely house is a wonderful place to enjoy it all from.

We moved to Hazelwood Park Close because we wanted to be close the forest and be able to get to West Ham easily for the football games. We thought it was really unique to have a one bedroom home, much better than a flat as we are freehold and have no service charge or ground rent and we have our very own garden.We love the fact we are so close to Hainault Forest as we take our dog Sam there all the time as he loves the long walks!We hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as we have, and make friends with our neighbours as they are so friendly.
