" Walking around this property it is clear to see that the owner has created a modern contemporary feel throughout, with a nice open plan feel to the ground floor.There is a large kitchen/breakfast area giving plenty of room for family meal times, and to the first floor there are two double size bedrooms.Externally the property benefits from a detached garage as well as having plenty of space to the side which could be ideal for extending the property, subject to gaining the relevant planning consent.There are local shops within a five minute walk and Hainault tube station can be found within approximately a fifteen minute walk.There are also local country parks and recreational areas nearby as well as Barkingside High Street which can be found within approximately two miles.This property has the added benefit of being offered for sale with no onward chain.

When I bought the property over five years ago, one of the things that attracted me was the fact that there was a Central Line tube station within a fifteen minute walk. The fact that the property also had a detached garage was major bonus as properties in the area quite often don't have garages.Since I have owned the property I have spent a great deal of time, effort and money modernising the property throughout. The kitchen was my first major project, then the bathroom. I feel I haven't spared too much expense in terms of the finish to the property.I hope that whoever buys this property enjoys it as much as I have.
