" Walking through the front door of this property you get a very warm and inviting feel. The owners have maintained the property to what we would consider a good standard throughout.
The spacious lounge has enough room for a dining table meaning that you wouldn't lose one of the bedrooms for use as a dining room.
There is a conservatory off the back which enjoys nice views of the garden, and both bedrooms are large enough to take a double bed.
The kitchen is fitted and has a window to the side, and there is a family shower room.
Externally there is off road parking and a shared driveway leading up to a garage to the side.

We bought our bungalow approximately fifteen years ago and were immediately attracted to the property as we felt it was very light and the rooms were airy. We also liked the fact that the property was within walking distance of the local Central Line tube station as well as local shops and amenities. It is also just a bus ride away from Ilford and Barkingside towns.We feel that our home is warm and inviting and we like the fact that the property has a south west facing garden, which we see as a massive bonus.We now feel the time has come for us to move in with our family and we hope that whoever buys our property enjoys living here as much as we have.
