" Very rarely do properties tick as many boxes as we feel this one does.Walking around it is quite clear to see that the owners have spent a great deal of time, effort and money transforming this property into the spacious family home that is now on offer. The rooms throughout are light and airy and we feel that this property has to be seen to be appreciated.The owners told us that they have hosted some great parties at the property with over 150 people attending. Even in the rear garden there is a detached out-building which the owners tell us they have had over thirty people in watching the football recently.Gants Hill tube station is within approximately ten to fifteen minute walk and, due to the space and condition of the property, we really feel an internal viewing is a must.

This has been our family home for over thirty years now and we have loved every moment living here.When we originally purchased this house we saw lots of potential most of which we feel we have utilised. We love the street too.Internally we find the property to be bright all day long. We have modernised the property throughout, recently installing a new kitchen, utility room and bathroom and we converted the loft approximately twenty years ago. We have also re-wired and re-plumbed throughout and have generally done every job you can imagine.
