" These maisonettes on Fullwell Avenue are great for a variety of people because the location as such makes it easy to get to the station.There are local shops nearby so it is easy to pop out and get that pint of milk, and there are regular bus routes nearby.The great thing about the property itself is that being on the ground floor access is very easy, and although this is a maisonette this property does have its own private garden areas for those warm summer months.Inside the property, the kitchen is just enough, there are two good size bedrooms and the two reception rooms means you can have a lounge and either a dining room, sun room, study, playroom - whatever you like.It is quite unusual to get an extended maisonette, and when we had the property on the market last time, we sold it in a day!

When I chose this property I loved the fact that even though I was downsizing, I had an extra reception room to give me just that little bit more space.The location has been ideal for me because I can jump on the bus to get to wherever I want to go, and there are some shops nearby just in case I need anything.Recently I have updated the kitchen and hopefully someone can just move in and enjoy themselves. I am moving off to Bristol to be closer to my daughter.
