" One of the nicest things on walking in this property is the feeling. The rooms are bright and spacious and with the extension the property provides a lot of versatility. As far as the location is concerned, this is a very quiet part of Clayhall and for all those budding scholars Ilford County Grammar School is a short walk away. There are four good size bedrooms on the first floor and a reception on the ground floor which could be used as a fifth bedroom should you need it. The current owner has taken a lot of care and pride over renovating the property and this has certainly paid off as you can just move straight in and enjoy your life style. The kitchen and lounge have solid wood parquet flooring and the kitchen is fitted with integrated appliances. The owners occasionally walk into town as it is in the part of Clayhall that is near to the High Street however within a short drive you can get pretty much anywhere you want to be. As far as the look of the property goes, it is probably one of the nicest looking houses on the road with a great frontage offering parking for at least two cars. The rear garden is well maintained and is perfect for entertaining with space for the children to play. The fact that there is a large brick built out building at the bottom of the garden is really the icing on the cake as this could be used as a gym, storage, an office or whatever you would like to use it for.

What the Owner says:

When we first bought this property it was very delapidated and needed total renovation. From about 1996 to 2002 I worked very hard to re-structure, re-plumb and re-wire the property and then cosmetically get it up to date. Our family have been enjoying the property now for the past ten years and as much as we have the large rooms to bring the family together, having the extra rooms like the study give the children somewhere to hide away when they want to play on the computer. The reason we have decided to move is that we have had friends that have moved out of the area and that got us thinking that perhaps it was time we did the same.
