" This property sits within the part of Clayhall that is closer to the town.For all those budding scholars out there the grammar school is just around the corner. The road itself is very quiet but within a short distance the main roads and transport links can be reached. There are also some local shops not too far away so those with a busy life style will find everything on hand.This property has been extended, and the "L" shaped kitchen/diner coupled with the through lounge gives lots of living space for your family to enjoy. There is off road parking to the front for approximately two cars and the rear garden is perfect for the children to play or for you to entertain.The bedrooms sizes are very good and overall the property feels very balanced and in good order. The property is being offered with no onward chain making it easy for those who want to move quickly.

I bought this property first and foremost because I really liked this part of Clayhall. The neighbours are very friendly and I like a bit of community spirit.The extension has been very handy, especially when we have all the family around on special occasions, and in the summer months we make great use of the garden.I have decided to sell because I am changing area, but I am sure that the next new owner will be as happy as I have been.
