" Retirement flats are often requested but rarely on the market, and Winningales Court is a development which is always very sought after. There is a communal lounge and conservatory area where many residents gather for morning coffee and general socialising, and there is also an on-site hairdressers and resident warden. The property itself can be found on the ground floor and has recently had the shower room re-fitted. The property in our opinion is in a good condition, and having the added bonus of a door leading straight out into the garden is a major plus for those people who are looking to downsize but still maintain a small garden.

This property has been in my family for a number of years. My mother originally purchased the property because she wanted a warden assisted development and had looked at many properties but fell in love with this development.She liked the fact that it seemed very peaceful, quiet and
very friendly and the communal areas and facilities were very good. She also liked the fact of the property having its own private garden area which she saw as a major plus. We hope whoever buys this property enjoys living here.
