" Upon entering this property it is clear that the space on offer is very generous. The lounge stretches almost from front to back of the property. The kitchen/breakfast room is modern and spacious and the whole ground floor combination appears bright and airy. There is also a ground floor cloakroom as an added benefit.To the first floor there are four double size bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate wet room.To the front of the property there is off road parking for several vehicles and a door leading into the garage. The rear garden measures approximately 65ft.The property can be found within the sought after Beal School catchment area, and due to the popular location we would recommend an internal viewing as soon as possible.

We have owned this property for approximately thirteen years and when we first came to view the property, as soon as we stood in the lounge and walked around we both knew this was the property we would purchase.We were really impressed with the general size that was on offer which was proportionate both ground floor and first floor.Since we have owned the property we have re-decorated it throughout, we have extended one of the bedrooms over the garage, fitted the wet room, decked the garden, modernised the kitchen and generally kept the property to what we feel is a good standard.We now feel the time is right for us to downsize, but we will miss our family home.
