" Because this block of flats is tucked off a road, it is a very quiet place to live. The communal areas are all well kept and there is always space for parking and relaxing in the communal gardens when we have some sunshine.The apartment is on the first floor and the best feature has to be the size of the lounge/Diner and the bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom are in good order, and the balance of the accommodation seems just right.This flat is situated within the Beal School catchment but also it is quite easy to get to Woodford Avenue, the A12 and Gants Hill station. All in all, this property is a very tidy first time buy, or an investment buy or for anybody who would just like very spacious one bedroom accommodation.
