" To get a spacious three bedroom property on a good road close to Redbridge Station is often hard to come by. This certainly ticks the box and could make the early morning commute so much easier.Redbridge and Beal Schools are also close by, making this property ideal for a family who are looking for a comfortable life style.The two large reception rooms give the property some versatility and will allow everyone to have their own space. All three bedrooms benefit from fitted wardrobes, the sizes are very good and the overall presentation gives the property a really pleasant feel.Over the years the owners have improved their home from top to toe and more recently they have completely refurbished the bathroom.We really don't expect this property to be on the market for very long, and we are sure this will meet a lot of criteria for buyers wishing to be in a good school catchment area, near to the station, with access to major roads and having a property with sizeable rooms.

When we first decided to buy this property, it was because of the room sizes.I couldn't believe how much difference having bay windows both at the front and back would make, and with the good size rooms we have never been short of space.As for the location, we wanted to be close to the station, and Redbridge is under ten minutes walk. The local schools are held in high regard, and although the road quiet it is within easy reach of all amenities.We have decided to move out of the area due to a well earned retirement by the sea and we hope that the new owners will have as many happy memories of this home as we do.
