" This house has been refurbished to a very high standard and I would this property ready to move straight into.The house is situated off of the Ilford Lane area being close to Barking Station and Barking Park. It is also close to a variety of shops and local amenities. There is also a mosque and schools in close proximity.The house has a good size through lounge that incorporates an open plan kitchen/dining area. There is also the added convenience of a cloakroom/WC downstairs.Upstairs on the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a good size family bathroom. Moving on up into the loft area there is are an additional two bedrooms complete with an en-suite.Outside to the rear of the house there is a good size low maintenance garden, which is part paved and part lawn and a paved garden to the front .The house is currently vacant and will be sold with no onward chain. There is also scope add an extension to the rear of the property (subject to planning permission).
