" The current owners purchased this property 11 years ago. Three key things that make this a good choice are the excellent school catchments (Staples Road Primary & Roding Valley High School), outdoor safety for the children as this property falls within a quiet cul-de-sac and the easy access to the shops. I am sure you will agree when you are walking around that this property ticks all the right boxes. You are within walking distance of Loughton train station, this is a huge advantage if you work in London as you will not need expensive commuter parking. Since living in the house, the current owners have installed a combi boiler (still under warranty), replaced all the radiators and laid down durable, high quality wooden laminate flooring throughout the ground floor. The property has double glazed windows. What strikes me with this home is the amount of space (including storage) you get for the money. For those of you who are looking for a property with more than one toilet, well look no further. As well as having a family bathroom you also benefit from having an en-suite to the master bedroom and a downstairs separate toilet. You are within minutes walk to Sainsbury's and Loughton's main High Road, which as we know is very popular with its range of shops. Epping forest is also close by and the Avenue Lawn Tennis Club is next door in the cul-de-sac. Early viewings are highly recommended as the last town house we had down this road sold within two weeks.

What the Owner says:

There is a great deal we will miss about living in this house and this particular area. It is a peaceful road with friendly neighbours. The children have spent a lot of time playing safely outside with other children. The tennis club next door has been ideal to get them interested in the sport and in playing. We are able to cycle or walk easily to the forest as well as enjoy the wonderful pubs and restaurants in Loughton. The school journey to Staples Road is an enjoyable, short walk, passing by the forest. By cutting through the station car park we can get to Sainsbury's very quickly for our essentials. We have a lovely back drop of trees which is home to a great variety of wild birds and squirrels.
