" The Lindens is one of the most desirable turnings in Loughton, situated just off Alderton Hill. This home is situated in a cul-de-sac. The rear garden which has been beautifully landscaped backs onto other gardens and is un overlooked from the rear. This great family accommodation has lounge, separate dining room, kitchen and a handy utility room which is ideal if you own a dog with muddy paws or somewhere for the children to take off their dirty shoes when they have been out playing. On the first floor there is a family bathroom and an en-suite to the master bedroom. You have a further ground floor cloak room. To the side of the property there is a double length garage which has power and light and also the facility for some storage in the roof. To the front of the property there is also a large green, although it is a modern development you get the sense of space all around you.

What the Owner says:

Our parents bought the property many years ago. It was simply the location that attracted them. Since living there they have improved the kitchen and in the last couple of years they have replaced the ground floor cloak room suite and the en-suite to the master bedroom and put on a new front door. They are also very house proud and the property has been kept to a high standard. The station is within walking distance and Loughton High Road also not to far away. It was a fantastic family home for us and we will be sad to see it go.
