" This home has been loved by the current owners for many years and when you walk into the property you get a really good feeling about the house.The lounge is spacious and has a feature fireplace with a bay window to the front, giving you a really light room.Across the back of the property is the kitchen/breakfast room which has access to the immense rear garden which is approximately 120ft long. The current owners have recently had the garden landscaped. It looks beautiful and gives you the benefit of a patio area at both ends of the garden, meaning you get to really make the most of the summer sun.Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, great if you have a family. Other aspects of this property that we liked are the off street parking for two cars and the side access, plus the location is only a short distance from Loughton high road and a short drive to Theydon Bois.

We have happily raised our family in this home, the garden was great when we had children and now our grandchildren get to enjoy it too! Plus side was that we had three double bedrooms upstairs. We did look to put an en-suite into the master bedroom but just never got around to it. We always found off street parking was vital in Englands Lane and the local shops round the corner in Pyles Lane are very convenient too. Having space for two cars was also an added bonus.
