" Grosvenor Drive is situated in a quiet and peaceful area, it is away from the busy main road but at the same time within walking distance back to Loughton High Road. This property is ideal for a family as you have off street parking for 3 cars subject to permission for a drop curb, which shouldn't be a problem judging by the amount of houses that have had it done recently. The property boasts lots of space on the inside and gets a good amount of light from both the rear and the front of the property. The upstairs is ideal for a family as it has 2 double bedrooms and a single room which is larger than average and can be used as a kids play room and there is a lovely conservatory. This will be ideal also for an investor as the rental yield on these properties is around £1100 - £1200 per month.

I am selling now because I am downsizing.I did have it rented out and my tenants were great and really looked after the property.The location of this house was perfect for me as it was a short distance away from the train station and Loughton High Road where I regularly go to cafes and restaurants.
