" This charming property is positioned to the left hand side of a line of terraced cottages which originally date from around 1754. The properties are Grade II listed and are situated in the sought after position of Baldwins Hill, Loughton. The property has been extended to the rear and side offering extra accommodation and unusually a large garage. The property has off street parking to the front which afford two spaces on a gravelled driveway which leads to the front door and the delightful bay fronted elevation. There is a hardwood front door and entrance hall leading to the upstairs and living space. The living room boasts a wealth of charm and featuring which include exposed woodwork and beams, open fireplace with wooden mantle, wooden cottage doors and single glazed hard wooden windows.
