" Usually people have to make sacrifices when moving into a new area. Either choice of schools or the distance to the station, or even the current size of the garden compared to a new property. With Brooklyn Avenue you need not make any sacrifices.Your family will benefit from the size of the house as well as enjoying a good size garden with a stream of fresh flowing water towards the back. The home has original features such as the fireplaces and gets a good amount of light through the windows at all times. You have the distinct advantage of being within two school catchment areas so you have the choice of excellent educational facilities for your children. You are almost a stone throw away from Loughton High Street and the transport links are close by.The current owners have lived here for over 30 years and are only moving to down size somewhere in the countryside. Whilst the property needs some renovations (which the owners are in the process of doing) this is an excellent opportunity for someone to come and put their own stamp on it.

What the Owner says:

We have been here for over 30 years, it really is hard to believe we are moving to pastures new but it is time for us to start relaxing in the countryside. We have always loved living so close to the forest and being so close to all the amenities Loughton has to offer. When we are not shopping in one of the many shops we love to enjoy the pavement style cafes along the high road where we are spoilt for choice. We wish the new owners many happy memories such as the ones we have had here.
