" This is a very good starter home, perfect for a first time buyer or a young couple. The flat was bought as a new build by the current owners who have been living there for about four years.The current owners have maintained the property and have also added value by putting in new wooden flooring, carpets and spotlights in the ceiling.The flat itself is a ground floor two bedroom purpose built flat, that has its own front door and allocated parking. The condition is fantastic, the lease is over 900 years and the maintenance costs are reasonable.
The location of the property is close to Seven Kings station and close to shops and other forms of transport.

What the Owner says:

We have lived here for four years, it has a relaxed atmosphere and we have good neighbours. In the summer we have a communal barbeque and all the children play together. There is a short walk to Seven Kings station which takes approximately 20 minutes to get into Liverpool Street.The shops are close by and there are lots of places to eat. When we first moved in we were a young couple, now we have a child we feel that it is time to upgrade to a larger property as we are thinking of adding to our brood.
