" Rarely do properties like this come onto the market within the Cathedral Estate area of North Ilford, just off the Drive. This house is situated in a lovely residential tree lined road.The owners have lived in this house for approximately 25 years. What attracted them to the house was the natural light that flows through the rooms and the excellent views to the rear. The house has a southerly facing front and north facing garden.Over the years the current owners have transformed the house and it has been extended to the rear to make room for a larger kitchen and lounge area. The basement has also been converted to use as a large storage area. The house has three main bedrooms and upstairs a fourth bedroom has been added within the loft area.An outhouse has been built to the rear for extra storage space and there is a driveway to the front of the house for easy parking for at least two cars.This location enables any purchaser to be close to Redbridge underground station and Wanstead Park. There are also very convenient road links to the A406 and the A12.

This house is full of life and our family have had a very happy time here.All our neighbours are great people and we have a well established community spirit.In the mornings we wake up and have a great view looking out of the windows. We regularly go for walks during the evenings in Wanstead Park.Over the 25 years we have lived here there have been no problems in the road and the house will be sorely missed once we have sold it.
