" This is an excellent condition new build style end of terrace house situated off the popular South Ilford area of Ilford Lane.The house has been in the family for the past 10 years and much love and attention has been given to the property. The owners have over time installed a new bathroom and kitchen. The flooring has also been changed throughout. The house itself has been renovated from the inside and also has been repainted outside. The lovely feature of this home is that it is ready for somebody to move into. There is a downstairs WC as well as an upstairs bathroom.Outside the garden has been landscaped and the fencing has been replaced. The owners have also added a shed for extra storage space. Also, there is a driveway at the front for easy parking.This is a perfect starter home for a small family or for those wishing to upgrade from smaller flats.This house is close to Uphall Primary School and Loxford High School. Barking Station and Ilford Station are also within walking distance.

We have lived here for about 10 years and have had many happy times in this house. We have the added convenience of being close to the Ilford Lane shopping area.Our road is very quiet and peaceful, the neighbours are good and we all have a great sense of community spirit. The children in the area have grown up together and when they were young we could easily keep an eye on them as they played within the cul-de-sac.
