    LOCATION

    This property fronts onto Bank Terrace, which backs onto the old railway embankment (which now forms part of the Trans Pennine Way leading down to the seafront) and leads between Rolston Road and Burton Lane, which in turn leads down to the South Promenade and beach. A small range of local shops are available 'just around the corner' in The Greenway, as is the new Tesco store, and the Hornsea Burton School is just a short walk away. The main town centre and leisure centre are a little further afield but they are still accessible particularly via the local mini bus service and, for pedestrians, via the viaduct footpath.



    Hornsea is a small East Yorkshire coastal town which has a resident population of a little over 8,000. The town offers a good range of local amenities including a range of shops, bistros and restaurants, schooling for all ages and a host of recreational facilities including sailing and fishing on Hornsea Mere, as well as the beach and seaside amenities, a leisure centre and an 18 hole golf course. The town is also well known for the Hornsea Freeport, a large out of town retail shopping village and leisure park. The town lies within 18 miles drive of the city of Hull, 13 miles of the market town of Beverley and about 25 miles from the M62.

    'READY TO WALK IN TO! This spacious and very adaptable town house offers accommodation extending to some 1,900 sq ft which is arranged on four floors and is capable of providing up to six bedrooms.
