At the mini roundabout exit right into Lord Robert's Road, bear right and at the mini roundabout exit left into Champney Road and turn left at the junction onto Lairgate. Follow the road as it bears right and becomes Admiral Walker Road, continue straight on at the mini roundabout into Queensgate and at the main roundabout exit left into Woodmansey Mile. Take the right-hand turning into Lincoln Way then turn left into Ripon Avenue, when sign-posted take the left turning into Chester Avenue and number 77 is situated toward the end of the Avenue in a tucked away corner position identified by our 'For Sale' board.
