" As you pull up to this property you can't fail to be impressed by its appearance. Only last year the exterior rendering was freshly painted and both the guttering and ridge tiles were replaced. The maintenance and upgrades continue inside as this was intended to be a long term home.


The block sett driveway has room for 2 cars and there's a neat lawn to either side. More space is available for further parking on the graveled area to the left hand side when friends and family pay a visit.

You get a real sense of space as you step into the entrance hallway. A larger than average built in cupboard provides storage for coats, shoes and more helping to keep this area clutter free.

This house enjoys the luxury of KC Lightstream broadband -super fast and something the majority of homeowners in Beverley can only dream about. The wall sockets in the lounge have been replaced and now incorporate USB ports thus doing away with the need for adapters.
