" 'Ready to walk into' this 3 bed detached single level bungalow enjoys a pleasant cul-de-sac location backing onto open fields. Built around 1989 the bungalow has been much improved with the installation of UPVC D/G, gas C/H & a newly refitted dining kitchen: porch, hall, lounge, 22ft dining kitchen, 3 beds & bathroom with shower. Gardens with parking drive to a single garage.

LOCATION This property forms part of a varied residential cul-de-sac which leads off Rise Lane on the south eastern outskirts of the village. The property enjoys the benefit of backing onto open fields with a well secluded rear garden.
Long Riston is a well placed residential village which was by-passed in 1986 and lies just off the main A165 Hull to Bridlington road. BATHROOM 1.68m(5'6'') widening to x 2.18m(7'2'') x 8ft 6ins with a white suite comprising a vanity unit with wash hand basin, panelled bath, independent tiled shower, low level w.c., half height tiling to the walls, ceramic tile flooring and one central heating radiator. OUTSIDE The bungalow incorporates a lawned foregarden with ornamental flower beds and dwarf conifers.
