Situated in the village of Lea, is this character four bedroom property set within 3 acres. With the potential for an annex and equestrian possibilities with its paddock, viewing is highly recommended to fully appreciate the potential.

Situated in Lea, around five miles to the east of Ross-On-Wye, is this four bedroom house set in an estate consisting of multiple outbuildings and around three acres of land. Further living accommodation is available in the detached annex located on the main driveway approach and a second detached building in the corner of the back garden.The gravelled driveway itself leads up to the house and the front courtyard area which provides parking for multiple vehicles. There is a double car port with access, via a utility room

(complete with sink and units), into the house - an alternative entrance. The main entrance is sheltered by a porch and leads into a hallway with cloakroom. An inner hall gives access to an office, a further hallway with door to the front, the dining room and the sitting room. The sitting room features a bay window to the front, double doors to the rear, a fireplace, karndean flooring and recessed ceiling spotlights. The dining room has views out to the back and a feature fireplace. An addition to the original building comes in the form of the kitchen and dining room.The kitchen area is home to multiple floor and wall units, some of which are set into the central island. This houses the sink and a winebottle fridge under the marble worktop and a breakfast bar with space for a couple of stools. There is space for a full-sized range cooker as well as various integral appliances including eye-level ovens. This is an entertaining space with room for table and chairs and other occasional furniture as desired. There are also windows to the front and trifold doors which fold back opening up the space to the outside patio area with garden beyond. There is another office area accessed via the kitchen which also has double doors to the outside, via a summer room into which the double doors from the dining room also lead.
