" Built in 2010 is this well maintained four double bedroom, three bathroom detached house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Kington. The property boasts ample light and spacious living accommodation and also benefits from; gas heating, double glazing, garage, hobby room and generous, well stocked garden.

Introduction Positioned conveniently within walking distance of Kington town centre is this large modern detached house which has accommodation comprising; hall, living room, study, dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, sun room, cloakroom, utility, rear porch, four double bedrooms with two en-suites and a family bathroom.
