A 1930โ€˜s semi - detached home which has been the subject of comprehensive refitting and upgrading works. The property is approach through a hall which there is a living room with bay window to the front of the property, dining room with doors to rear garden and fully installed gloss kitchen.

This property sits on the eastern fringe of the city on Ledbury Road.
