" A charming, extended semi-detached period 5 bedroom house in a sought after residential area close to the City centre in need of some modernisation. With spacious and versatile accommodation including 3 receptions, kitchen/breakfast room and conservatory, plus gas heating, pretty gardens with views and sold with NO ONWARD CHAIN.

Introduction A super family home with flexible and extended accommodation in need of some modernisation. Set in an elevated position just North of the City centre and within easy walking access of lots of amenities. Built in the 1930s it retain some period features including leaded light windows to the front elevation and picture rails in the principal rooms.
