" An attractive detached four bedroom family house built we believe in the 1930s with many character features in keeping with the age of this property to include oak flooring, copper light switches, tiled window sills and a working 'maid bell-push' to some of the rooms.    The property is set on a plot of approximately 0.261 acres and situated in a residential cul-de-sac within close proximity to Beaconsfield Old Town.

The ground floor accommodation is centred around the entrance hallway with the principal reception rooms leading off.   The sitting room has a dual aspect with Claygate fireplace.    The dining room has an attractive bay French door leading to the westerly aspect rear garden and again provides a Claygate fireplace.   The study has been converted from the former garage and provides fitted cupboards and desk unit.   The kitchen provides a comprehensive range of wall and floor mounted units under with useful pantry cupboard and wooden work surfaces; space for Rangemaster cooker, integrated appliances of dishwasher and fridge freezer.   An archway leads through to the inner lobby and family/breakfast room with a dual aspect and double doors open on to the garden.   The utility room provides space for washing machine and tumble dryer.   The integral garage is currently fitted as a workshop.
