" Set in a peaceful residential location within level walking distance and easy reach of Beaconsfield new town and railway station. The property offers five well proportioned bedrooms and three reception rooms in approximately 2,359sq ft.

An expansive entrance hallway leads to the principal reception rooms. The sitting room has a brick built surround gas fire place with a front aspect and double doors connecting to the dining room allow for a natural flow of space. The dining room has sliding patio doors, which lead conveniently out onto the terrace area of the garden. Further to this there's the benefit of a 18ft third reception room currently used as an additional family room with a dual aspect, a quiet place for relaxing or reading.
