" Attractive and well presented executive-style family home a short drive or half mile walk from the village centre or to Gerrards Cross for its variety of bijoux shops, supermarket, cafes and restaurants, cinema and mainline station. Comprising a wide entrance hall, with cloakroom, leading straight ahead through double glazed doors (permitting a flow of space and light) to the main sitting room with gas fireplace and patio doors to the garden. A small study/snug to the right also has access to the garden. The dining room is separate from the sitting room and enjoys a view of a large, self maintaining rockery bordering the patio. The kitchen is fully fitted and has space for a bistro-style table and chairs, and the utility room is just beyond with separate washing machine and tumble drier.
