" The internal accommodation comprises a very welcoming hallway with cloakroom to one side, set upon an attractive tiled floor. The remainder of the hall has a light oak wooden floor which leads into the living room. At the heart of the room is a decorative gas fireplace whilst ample family seating space is provided with views to the front of the property. The living room leads through to a spacious, open plan kitchen dining area. This room looks out onto the beautiful garden, which is accessed via a glass patio door. The kitchen area also gives access to the garden via a side door leading onto a large patio terrace area that provides an ideal spot for al-fresco dining and entertaining.
