" This substantial family home has been extended and thoroughly renovated by the current owners over the past twelve years. It provides spacious accommodation for family life and entertaining. Approached by a gated driveway to the front, the impressive front door opens into a wide, marble floored entrance hall. Generous cupboard space for coats and storage line the walls. The formal dining room and sitting room, with a striking feature Boley fireplace, are both found to the front of the house. At the rear, a spectacular room encompasses the kitchen, family room and dining area with folding doors leading to the spacious terrace and garden. The kitchen has numerous solid wood units with granite surfaces, a gas range cooker and integrated dishwasher. A large utility room and walk in storage cupboard are both accessed from the kitchen. A room, currently used as a gym, is approached through a door from the seating area in the main reception room. The downstairs cloakroom comprises a basin and wc. The ground floor benefits from marble floors with underfloor heating and radiators for back up heating, as required. The solid wood staircase, imported from Poland, leads to the first floor.
