" A charming three/four bedroom semi-detached family home with some unusual character features, three reception rooms, off street parking and very attractive gardens, situated in a tucked away private road, convenient for the town centre and station.

Accommodation comprises entrance hall, bright open-plan kitchen/dining room with part vaulted ceiling and feature high level windows, cloaks/shower room, utility room/family room, sitting room with fireplace, three bedrooms and attic room, superb roof top terrace, lovely established gardens, driveway parking.

DESCRIPTION The property is entered via the entrance porch, with an ornamental lantern and a most attractive front door with etched glass panels leading into the entrance hall, with exposed brick wall and feature circular internal window, opening into the dining room/kitchen, which has double glazed patio doors opening out onto the rear garden. There is a bow window to the side aspect and high level etched glass windows and a semi vaulted ceiling.
