" An exceptionally well presented and recently refurbished two bedroom ground floor apartment with direct access to a private patio, which overlooks The Grand Union canal. The property owns a share of the freehold, allocated covered parking and is situated within the heart of the Conservation Area, just a short distance from the mainline station.

DESCRIPTION On entry via the spacious entrance hall, which provides convenient access to all other areas of the property, the high standard of refurbishment and decoration is immediately apparent. The combined kitchen and sitting room, with new Rointe heater, is particularly impressive, and has French doors leading directly out onto a private patio with views over communal gardens and The Grand Union canal beyond.
