" A three bedroom semi-detached family home situated on a wide plot with a detached single garage to the side, a mature rear garden and large frontage with a driveway. The property is located in a highly desirable road within walking distance to the green in Leverstock Green village. The house requires updating and refurbishment and could be extended to the side and to the rear STPP.

To the ground floor, the wide hallway leads to a full-width kitchen with floor and wall units and larder cupboard. The double-aspect sitting room and dining room are open plan with double doors opening to the rear garden.

To the first floor, is a landing leading to the master bedroom which is a large double room and extends across the rear of the property with views to the garden.
